He has worked at KIMS Hospital (Hyderabad), Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital (Mumbai), Medanta (Lucknow), B. M. Birla Hospital (Kolkata), and Narayana Hrudayalaya, where he also received his initial surgical training.
He has gained hands-on international training in advanced lung transplant techniques at the Vienna General Hospital under the Toronto–Vienna Lung Transplant Academy Program.
He completed the Greenlane Fellowship in Auckland, New Zealand, focusing on adult cardiothoracic surgery and heart–lung transplants.
