CANCELLATION POLICY REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellations
- Users may cancel bookings for health consultations or wellness services up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To cancel, please contact us via email or phone. No cancellations will be accepted after this period.
- If a service is canceled within the permitted time frame, a full refund will be issued.
- Qonaq Health and Wellness reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the user will be provided with a full refund or an option to reschedule the service.
Refunds
- Refunds for wellness services will only be processed for cancellations made within the allowed period. If services have already been rendered, no refund will be issued.
- Refund requests for wellness products are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. To request a refund, users must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide proof of the defect or damage.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method used during the transaction.
Non-refundable Services
- Digital products such as e-books, downloadable fitness programs, or any other non-tangible items are non-refundable.
- Gift cards or promotional purchases are also non-refundable.
Payment Gateway Fees
- All refunds are subject to Razorpay's processing fee, which may be deducted from the total refund amount.
